WITS is intended to demonstrate the ability to collect well information using
a web interface. This site is under development and should not be used to store
any important information.

- Add security to only modify selected pages
- Enable saving of tree/Wellhead inventory info
- Add tree/WH test tracking

- Can't add a new well
